Ensuring you offer the right benefits package for your business can seem like an impossible task.

We understand there is no competitive advantage in exhausted, sick, and stressed-out workers.
There is a growing recognition that there is a definite link between a company's work environment and the health and well-being of its employees. Furthermore, employers are now recognizing the connection between employee health and the bottom line.

What benefits am I eligible for?

When designing an employee benefits package, there are multiple factors to consider. Depending on the type of package you want to put together for employees, you can offer:

  • Employee health, dental, and vision plans
  • Employee assistance programs (EAPs)
  • Personal time off (PTO), including sick leave
  • Holiday pay
  • Retirement plans
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Paid family leave
  • Business travel allowances and various perks
  • Other types of ancillary employee benefits
Will you help me provide different benefits packages for different groups of people?

Different benefits packages for different types of employees are available as long as the distinctions are nondiscriminatory. We can provide varying benefits packages for similarly situated employees, such as full-time and part-time employees, or you may choose to offer different packages based on seniority or job position.

Can I afford employee benefits?
With a reliable PEO partner, you can choose the right benefits package based on your company’s budget, specific needs, and circumstances. PEOs help businesses determine which packages they can afford by reviewing the benefits that would be most important to employees and candidates, prioritizing them, and identifying a budget threshold.

"Our new HR Manager was an absolute rock star in her benefits presentation to our team today. It's difficult to provide all of the information and at the same time keep people engaged. She did. I was impressed!"
Lisa, Director of Business Operations
"We have been so impressed by our dedicated team at Execustaff HR. They’ve been instrumental partners with us as we’ve navigated the complexity posed by the pandemic including the special loan programs (i.e. PPP, EIDL) and regulations associated with FMLA and FFCRA. Our Execustaff team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and nimble in addressing all our HR and benefits needs."
Linda, Chief Executive Officer/Founder
